1. Project Timelines

Secure eHost will provide you with an estimate that your website or design services can be designed and built. This time frame is an estimation only.

You must make every effort to follow the instructions provided by Secure eHost and provide the required information to Secure eHost in order to facilitate delivery times and correct specifications.

Delays in providing the required information to Secure eHost may result in delays in product delivery and also may result in you incurring additional charges for administration time.

Secure eHost will make all reasonable efforts to provide the product by the estimated date but do not accept liability for any costs incurred, loss or damage (including consequential loss or damage) compensation or loss of earnings due to any failure to meet agreed deadlines.

1.1 Variations

If changes are required to be made after sign off periods have occurred, you may be required to pay for this additional work at our hourly rate.

If you require Secure eHost to make changes to your web site after your site is handed over to you, you will be required to pay for this work at the hourly rate. All work must be paid for upfront and will be quoted for on request.

1.2 Acceptance

All projects require acceptance in writing upon each milestone stated in your quotation. The client shall notify Secure eHost in writing, of any failure of such deliverable to comply with proposed specifications otherwise the project will be deemed accepted after 14 business days.

2. Payment

Fees to Secure eHost are due in accordance with the quotation. If you default in any payment to us we may suspend or cancel all further services and you will pay all collection costs, interest on debt and legal fees incurred by us as a result of that default.

All invoices include GST unless stated otherwise.

3. Additional Expenses

Expenses, including but not limited to travel, accommodation and food expenses associated with intrastate, interstate or remote work shall be paid by the Customer.

4. Clients Responsibilities - Copyright & Property

In situations where the client provides images, text, layouts or any other content for their website they are legally responsible for ensuring that this material does not infringe any copyright or other laws.

4.1 Copyright

When I receive your final payment, copyright is automatically assigned as follows:

You own the graphics and other visual elements that I create for you for this project. I will give you a copy of all files you require.

I also reserve the right to display and link to your completed project as part of my portfolio and to write about the project on websites and social media .

4.2 Client Data Loss & Property

Secure eHost will not be held responsible for any loss of data that occurs prior to or during work. Such responsibility rests with the Customer. Secure eHost advise the Customer to ensure that adequate data backup systems are in place.

5. Intellectual Property

Intellectual property ownership remains with Secure eHost at all times during and post the project build, unless previously agreed in writing between both parties.

The footer of each page will display our “Credits” with a link back to our website when clicked.

6. Business Hours & Support

Our business operating hours are from Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm. Email enquiries and support can be emailed after hours if required. Urgent hosting support queries will be dealt with as soon as possible.

7. Warrantee

All products are sold as warranted by the manufacturer.

Software licensed directly by either Secure eHost is warranted for a period of 90 days from the date of delivery.

After final client product acceptance there will be a 90 day warranty period where if any problems are reported, that are within the original scope, we will fix. After the 90 day period, all support request will be charged at our normal hourly rate.

Secure eHost warrant that work will be performed with due care and skill, and in accordance with the instructions of the Customer. The Customer remains solely responsible for the selection of work to be performed and its suitability for the purposes of the Customer.
