The City of Port Adelaide Enfield approached us to build an animated website to advertise their upcoming Port Adelaide Augmented Reality experience, launching Feb 26th 2022.
Part of their brief was to build this site within their current council website platform, Squiz Matrix, for ease of management.
The webpage design needed to reflect their current marketing concepts and signage to keep consistent and familiar branding for visitors using the website and app. and that it didn't look like the council's website design.
The one page website was developed using custom scripts allowing animation to be carefully timed and sequenced on scroll. The website is also fully responsive.
The main content/information of the page was separated into colourful sections for the public to easily find, such as the FAQ's.
A QR code was added for quick access to download The BIG Picture App, along with a short video showcasing the artworks in Port Adelaide.
The project was delivered on-time and within budget.
