Strathalbyn Mitre 10 have been selling and delivering hardware products to customers since 1965, and joined Australia’s biggest independent hardware brand Mitre 10 in 2006.
Strathalbyn Mitre 10 first approach us in 2020, they were looking for a brand new website that was going to tick all the boxes visually and meet their expectations with an integrated online store.
Their aim was to make an impact to new visitors and existing customers which would showcase their latest range of products, provide information about their services and make it easy to sign up as trade member.
A key feature of their online store was to promote their local and exclusive ranges that make them stand out from others in the same industry.
Store category landing pages were developed for each main product category of their store which has become one of the main entry points to find their sub category products. Unique banners, zoom sub category boxes and supportive information for each section, makes finding your products that much easier.
Searching is made easy with the dynamic search field that will make locating your products a whole lot easier due to its searching capacity within categories and its visual identification of similar products in a thumbnail/title format to view.
Making an online purchase has been never been easier through the streamline "add to cart" and one page checkout process. Shipping can be calculated prior to checkout which can prevent transactions loses at an earlier stage.
Driving sales through social media has is an important feature which has been integrated into Strathalbyn Mitre 10's website. Instagram live feeds are published on the home page and social links are embedded in the header and footer.
Once you first enter the website you are presented with a social chat window which allows you to chat directly with Strathalbyn Mitre 10 through Facebook messenger by logging in or as a guest. Their store products are also synced with Facebook to provide another avenue for purchasing products directly through Facebook.
Additional graphic design services have been supplied for various projects through our time working with our clients. Signage for their front fences has been developed as well as stickers, packaging tape, thank you notes for processed orders and social media advertising.
A number of online newsletter templates has been developed for the client to manage in-house including automated email send outs. WooCommerce integration has been setup with their mail client to provide a streamline process for email campaign send outs.
